Through active seller opportunities, you will gain experience researching property values, preparing market information, conducting consultations, presenting a marketing plan, and communicating effectively throughout the selling process.

You will work alongside experienced real estate professionals who can help you improve your prospecting, presentations, negotiation, organization, and client communication. Coaching, accountability, and proven systems provide the structure to help you stay focused on the activities that produce appointments and new business.

As you develop your skills, the focus shifts toward creating a steady flow of seller conversations and building a database of homeowners who know and trust you. These relationships can become future listings, repeat clients, and referrals that support your business for years to come.
