Responsibilities

• Delivers member service by acknowledging the member, identifying needs, assisting with purchases, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting Walmart products and services.
• Maintains merchandise presentation by stocking, setting up displays, stocking/ pricing items, removing damaged goods, and securing fragile/high-shrink merchandise.
• Operates cash registers and processes member purchases, payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges per policy.
• Maintains the sales floor for the liquor area per company policies, handling claims and returns, zoning, and organizing merchandise.
• Cuts shrink by stocking supplies, maintaining signage, and following procedures for concealment detection and front-end performance goals.
