Responsibilities

• Provides Member service by acknowledging the Member, identifying their needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise and resolving issues.
• Maintains the Sales Floor by stocking, cleaning and organizing displays, removing damaged goods and pricing merchandise.
• Operates cash registers and processes member purchases, payments, returns and exchanges.
• Maintains registers and lanes, stocks supplies and reduces shrink to meet frontend goals.
• Follows policies for liquor sales, verifies Member identification and completes required paperwork.
