• Provide information on Membership benefits and promote the value of Company products and services
• Process Memberships upgrades and credit accounts
• Participate in sales and marketing events and work toward Membership goals
• Maintain safety by following safety standards and procedures and reporting unsafe conditions
• Fulfill order processing (Member Fax n Pull and Click n Pull) and ensure accuracy of orders and invoices
• Support Members by identifying needs and assisting with purchasing decisions and issue resolution
• Collaborate with managers and coworkers to identify priorities and improve operations
