• Proficiency in agile product practices (discovery, experimentation, backlog management, iterative delivery).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; able to align cross-functional teams and influence outcomes with data-driven narratives.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the development and execution of product strategies with expertise in Platforms Product Management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product vision and roadmap, ensuring delivery of enhancements.
• Drive product innovation across Liquidity Solutions including Client Workflow, AI/ML use cases, Digital and Tokenization.
• Support product prioritization and backlog in alignment with business goals; ensure timely releases.
• Facilitate agile development processes with clear guidance and decision-making for efficient delivery.
• Monitor product performance and metrics; use insights for continuous improvement and future strategies.
• Drive product leadership and execution through strong teaming and strategic thinking.
