Job summary

BNY in New York is seeking an Associate Liquidity Product Owner to join our Global Markets team. You will help shape the product vision for Liquidity Solutions and drive roadmap prioritization to improve client experience and operational efficiency.

You will lead end-to-end delivery, define requirements and user stories, and coordinate with stakeholders across product, sales, operations, and technology. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential to succeed.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in financial services, product management, business analysis, or a related role.
• Experience in a product-oriented, cross-functional delivery environment.
• Ability to translate business needs into clear requirements and user stories.

Responsibilities

• Support and help shape the product vision for Liquidity Solutions by contributing to the strategy and prioritization of capabilities.
• Drive end-to-end delivery of product initiatives from concept through implementation with cross-functional pods.
• Translate strategic goals into actionable development plans with requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across product, sales, relationship management, operations, technology, legal, compliance, and risk.
• Support client onboarding and implementation efforts to accelerate time to revenue.
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks to enable lead-to-ledger conversion and ensure timely delivery.
• Manage cross-team dependencies and communicate risks, sequencing, and ownership.
