Job summary

R.S. Hughes Company, Inc. is seeking a Machine Operator to safely and accurately repackage bulk liquid materials into smaller units.

You will set up and operate filling equipment, verify labels and weights, and maintain production logs while adhering to SOP-REPACK-001 and PPE requirements. Requires a high school diploma and valid driver license; prior experience with filling/packaging equipment is a plus. Excellent attention to detail and ability to work on a warehouse/production floor are

Qualifications

• Minimum of high school diploma required; clean driving record.
• Experience with filling/packaging equipment preferred; training provided.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to record data accurately.

Responsibilities

• Operate and set up labeling and filling equipment for repackaging liquids.
• Monitor fill volumes and ensure proper closures and labeling.
• Maintain clean work area and follow safety procedures per SOP-REPACK-001.
• Prepare replacement drums and manage production logs for each run.
• Troubleshoot basic equipment issues and escalate to maintenance as needed.
