Job summary

Altium Packaging is seeking an entry-level Machine Operator to run Reheat Stretch Blow (RHSB) machines and support packing operations. You will inspect, label, and prepare bottles for shipment while following safety and quality standards.

The role requires PPE usage, accuracy in scanning, and the ability to rotate tasks across machines. Prior manufacturing experience and a high school diploma or GED are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• At least 6 months packing or machine operation experience preferred.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Strong safety and quality focus is essential.
• Basic computer and scanning skills are expected.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate RHSB and related packing equipment.
• Wear required PPE at all times.
• Rotate between machines and packing styles as needed.
• Assemble boxes and select correct box sizes for runs.
• Apply labels and ensure accurate scanning of items.
• Inspect samples for defects and report issues.
• Maintain clean workstation and restock supplies.
• Work overtime as needed to support production.
