Job summary

The Kraft Heinz Company in Mason, OH is seeking Machine Operators for the Liquid Pouch department. You will support machines, stock supplies, and assist in kettles, handling packaging and product for production runs.

This role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, safe-work history, and the ability to lift 50 lbs. Overtime may be available; benefits begin after 30 days, with 401k and holiday pay included.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• History of safe work practices.
• Prior experience in a warehouse/shipping/receiving/logistics environment.
• Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs regularly.
• Strong attention to detail and defect reporting.
• Qualified score on the job skills assessment after interview.

Responsibilities

• Staging ingredients, moving packaging and product for production runs.
• Maintaining department housekeeping.
• Operating filling equipment and making minor adjustments.
• Machine rinsing/ cleaning and helping set ups.
• Ensure accurate hourly machine counts and update visual boards.
• Labeling boxes and assisting inventory/lead with issues.
• Participate in 5S and process improvements.
• Complete paperwork accurately and perform other duties as assigned.
