ACI Advanced Coatings, Inc. in Oshkosh, WI is seeking a Powder Painter for the 2nd shift. You will paint a variety of parts on a moving line and support setup of color changes. The role requires basic math, reading, and writing skills, and basic computer knowledge.

Responsibilities include maintaining the powder booth, adjusting spray guns, documenting inventory, inspecting finished parts, and daily team communication in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in industrial powder painting on moving line.
• Basic math, reading and writing skills required.
• Prior color-change setup and recipe creation preferred.
• Basic computer knowledge and keyboarding skills required.

Responsibilities

• Paint a variety of parts on a moving line.
• Set up color changes and create color-change recipes.
• Maintain a clean powder booth, especially after color changes.
• Adjust spray guns to achieve required finish and economy.
• Document inventory movements and complete computer entries for transactions.
• Visually inspect parts for defects prior to packing.
• Clean tools and booth at end of shift.
• Communicate with team members daily.
