Job summary

Caris Life Sciences is seeking a Liquid Product Manager to lead all stages of liquid product development and commercialization across defined geographies. You will focus on clinical liquid offerings, ensuring adoption, compliance, and delivery of high-quality products.

The role requires deep knowledge of the Liquid Oncology Market, strong communication skills, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams to drive GTM strategies and customer success in hospital systems and laboratories.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
• 5-7 years of experience within molecular diagnostics or relevant industry.
• Strong knowledge of oncology therapeutics, surgical oncology intervention and molecular laboratory science.
• Working knowledge of oncology biomarkers and associated drug response.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint; general internet skills for business use.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record and vehicle suitable for business use.
• Willingness to travel regularly, locally or on day trips to meet clients.
• This position requires spending 75% of time in the field meeting with clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage a product roadmap for an assigned geography from concept to commercial adoption with local teams.
• Deliver operating plan and achieve growth objectives.
• Identify and tailor strategy to customer and company needs.
• Collaborate on go-to-market strategies across business units and ensure end-to-end execution.
• Provide consultative advisory support to client partners on technology-based solutions.
• Provide business solutions to hospital systems, GPO/IDN and other customers.
• Maintain relationships with new and existing clients in the liquid product market.
• Develop and update knowledge of competitive products and reimbursement issues.
