Job summary

Caris Life Sciences is seeking a Liquid Product Manager to drive development and commercialization of clinical liquid offerings. The role focuses on the liquid oncology market, navigating regulatory requirements, and effectively communicating Caris Liquid Product offerings to clinicians and laboratories.

The candidate will manage a product roadmap, collaborate with local commercial teams, and lead go-to-market strategies across the geography.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
5-7 years of experience within molecular diagnostics or relevant industry.
Knowledge of oncology therapeutics, surgical oncology, and molecular laboratory science.
Working knowledge of oncology biomarkers and drug response is a plus.
Proficient computer skills: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

Manage a product roadmap from concept to commercial adoption for the assigned geography.
Deliver the operating plan to achieve growth objectives.
Collaborate on go-to-market strategies across business units and ensure end-to-end execution.
Provide consultative support to client partners on technology-based solutions.
Develop and maintain relationships with hospital systems, GPOs/IDNs, and clinical labs.
Analyze opportunities and develop strategic sales plans for the geography.
Travel 75% of the time to meet with clients and prospects.
