• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Electronics, Industrial, or Mechanical field.
• 3–5 years in electronics/server manufacturing or test operations with supervisory experience in a multi-shift environment.
• Functional test experience at server-level (L10) and rack-level (L11).
• Programming or scripting skills such as Python, Java, Bash, or SQL for data analysis and automation.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily server-level (L10) and rack-level (L11) test operations in the Liquid Cooling test room.
• Drive failure analysis by triaging test failures, investigating root causes, and implementing corrective actions.
• Interpret test logs to distinguish hardware failures from test environment issues, reducing retest rates.
• Ensure test process discipline, including flow compliance, standard work adherence, and process audits.
• Manage shift schedules, manpower, cross-training, and certification of technicians for 24/7 operations.
