Job summary

Sanmina Corporation is seeking a Senior Mechanical / Testing Engineer to lead testing and quality protocols for advanced liquid cooling infrastructure. You will design and implement testing methods, maintain cooling loop integrity, and validate performance metrics across hardware, fluid loops, and control networks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering required.
• 8+ years related experience in mechanical testing and validation.
• Experience with coolant systems and modular cooling hardware a plus.
• Familiarity with lab instrumentation and safety procedures.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to document protocols clearly.
• Knowledge of networking concepts is a plus for device integration.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on operation, testing, and validation of CDUs, AALCs, cold plates, and manifolds.
• Conduct routine quality and chemical analysis of LC25/PG25 coolants (Dowfrost) using specialized equipment.
• Enforce all safe handling procedures during testing and maintenance.
• Utilize pressure transducers to perform N2 decay testing for circuit integrity.
• Analyze fluid dynamics to assess filter impact on flow rates and lifecycles.
• Design and evaluate facility-level liquid cooling loops and materials compatibility.
