Job summary

A leading smart manufacturing company in Mount Pleasant, WI is seeking a Liquid Cooling Project Manager to manage NPI programs and manufacturing projects. The ideal candidate will lead cross-functional teams, engage with production, and ensure operational readiness for liquid cooling systems. This position requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and 5+ years of relevant project management experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in a manufacturing or NPI environment.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and multiple concurrent projects.
• Hands-on mindset with the ability to work on the production floor as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full product life cycle for liquid cooling systems, including NPI, EOL, and EOS phases.
• Collaborate with customers to understand expectations and manage demand.
• Engage directly with production teams to troubleshoot manufacturing challenges.
