Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Mechanical NPI Engineer with data center products.
• 1-3 years in scaled manufacturing of liquid cooling thermal solutions.
• Experience with debugging and electro-mechanical systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team for new product introductions.
• Optimize manufacturing processes and drive continuous improvements.
• Conduct root cause analysis of quality issues at vendors.
