Job summary

Leviathan Systems is seeking a Liquid Cooling Installation Technician to join its on-site team for direct-to-chip cooling installations on NVL72-class racks. This full-time role involves field deployment across the U.S. with travel and commissioning on-site.

You will install manifolds, cold-plate loops, CDUs, and fittings, run tests, document baselines, and coordinate with facility teams. The ideal candidate has mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, or data-center cooling experience and the ability to

Qualifications

• Mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, or data center liquid-cooling experience.
• Comfortable with fittings, torque, pressure testing, and clean work.
• Understands why a hidden leak or trapped air is a serious problem.
• Able to travel and work on-site through commissioning.
• Able to lift ~50 lbs and work on your feet.

• Make and verify quick-disconnect fittings; flush, fill, and purge loops
• Run pressure/leak tests to acceptance and confirm leak-detection is live

• Coordinate with facility water tie-ins and document the loop
