Job summary

Vertiv Corporation seeks an Application Validation Manager to lead validation strategies for liquid cooling systems across real-world customer applications. You will oversee system-level testing, first-of-kind validation with customers, and cross-functional integration testing to ensure reliability under diverse operating conditions.

The role requires a strong background in mechanical, electrical, and controls integration, with minimum 8 years in validation and 3+ years in leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in product validation, application engineering, or system-level testing.
• 3+ years of experience leading engineering teams or technical programs.
• Strong understanding of thermal-fluid systems, controls, and electromechanical integration.
• Experience across mechanical, electrical, firmware/controls disciplines.
• Experience supporting NPDI or structured product development processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of application validation strategies aligned with customer requirements and product roadmaps.
• Define validation approaches that simulate real-world operating conditions and system interactions.
• Lead and develop a team of application validation engineers.
• Provide direction on validation methodologies, test planning, and execution priorities.
• Oversee validation activities spanning mechanical, electrical, and controls systems.
