Job summary

NPAA, a leading liquids manufacturer in Cleveland, is seeking a Production Operator to support safe, efficient, and high-quality production in our Liquid Division. You will work to ensure accurate batching, proper equipment handling, and compliant data recording in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to pass a basic math test.
• Minimum of 2 years manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients using SOPs to determine batch amounts and equipment needs.
• Operate, stage, and maintain manufacturing equipment according to posted conditions, including disassembly, cleaning, and reassembly.
• Record data on batch tickets, equipment logs, and quality testing results; complete required quality checks.
• Fill and secure mixed products into designated containers and move them to the warehouse staging area.
• Communicate any issues or abnormalities to the team leader or supervisor and attend required training.
• Handle hazardous and general liquid waste properly, ensuring containers are labeled, covered, and staged; report accidents promptly.
