Qualifications

• Associate degree or two-year college or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of laboratory experience preferred, ideally in coatings.
• Must achieve acceptable scores on color matching and math assessments.

Responsibilities

• Weigh, gather, and prepare raw materials for batches.
• Perform batch processing including dispersion, letdown, color matching, QC testing, filling (liquid batches 10 gal or less).
• Evaluate batches for specifications and quality; adjust properties as needed.
