C.R. Jackson is seeking an experienced Liquid AC Tanker Operator to support our asphalt operations in Woodford, South Carolina. This role safely transports liquid asphalt cement and is cross-trained to haul dump truck and end-dump loads when needed.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Class A CDL required.
• Hazmat and Tanker endorsements required.
• Valid TWIC card required.
• Minimum of 3 years of verifiable CDL driving experience.
• Manual transmission experience required; no automatic transmission restriction.
• Willingness to cross-train on dump truck and end-dump operations.
• Ability and willingness to work occasional nights and weekends.

Responsabilidades

Location: Woodford, SC

C.R. Jackson is seeking an experienced Liquid AC Tanker Operator to support our asphalt operations in Woodford, South Carolina.

This position is responsible for safely transporting liquid asphalt cement (AC) to our asphalt plants and job sites. When liquid AC loads are not available, the operator will be cross-trained to haul materials using a dump truck and/or end-dump tractor-trailer.

The ideal candidate is an experienced CDL driver who takes pride in safe driving, dependable work, and being a reliable member of the team.

What You’ll Do

• Safely operate a liquid AC tanker to transport liquid asphalt cement
• Load and unload liquid AC in accordance with company and safety procedures
• Complete required pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Follow all DOT regulations and C.R. Jackson safety requirements
• Communicate effectively with dispatch, plant personnel, and job site crews
• Maintain a clean and properly cared-for truck
• Report equipment or maintenance concerns promptly
• Complete required paperwork and load documentation accurately
• Operate a dump truck and/or end-dump tractor-trailer when liquid AC loads are not available
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety requirements
• Perform other duties as assigned

What We’re Looking For
