Qualifications

• Ability to comprehend guest requests, memos, reservations and promotional materials.
• Ability to remember, recite and promote the menu items.
• Ability to move throughout a crowded room and seat guests with or without accommodation.
• Ability to handle guest concerns in a friendly, proactive way.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet guests on arrival and escort to seats.
• Read, maintain, and log daily communications between shifts and management.
