Job summary

Dark Wolf is seeking a Linux System Administrator to build and maintain an extensive IaaS, platform and hypervisor stack for a DoD customer. You will work with the team to develop solutions for networking and virtualization, create documentation, and monitor security and performance of the platform.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Linux server administration in enterprise environments.
• 3+ years of Linux endpoints & virtual machines management.
• 3+ years of VMware vSphere, vCenter, ESXi experience.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and maintain on-prem services with limited cloud access.
• Collaborate with Cybersecurity for system hardening and configuration management.
• Apply IaC and CaC practices for repeatable provisioning.
• Provide onboarding support to development teams.
• Ensure compliance with DoD policies across platforms.
• Support backup and disaster recovery planning.
