Job summary

Vantor, based in Herndon, VA, seeks a cleared Systems Engineer to help build and sustain an HPC environment supporting compute, network, and storage infrastructure for national security missions.

You will install Linux systems, assist with network design, and deliver operation documentation while collaborating with Linux Admins, DevOps, and Systems Engineers to enable GPU-enabled platforms.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with CI polygraph.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field (networking, information systems, computer engineering).
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Linux-system administration, DevOps infrastructure, LAN/WAN networks, DoD cyber security, and hardware.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and sustain Linux OS and app software.
• Assist in design/provisioning of the enterprise network environment.
• Prepare and deliver program/user documentation for system operations.
