Job summary

RadNet, Inc. is seeking a skilled Linux Systems Administrator with OpenShift/Kubernetes experience to administer, monitor, and optimize Linux environments across enterprise applications.

You will collaborate with development, DevOps, and security teams to resolve complex issues and implement scalable OpenShift solutions. The role requires updating documentation, maintaining security hardening, and participating in on-call rotations to support after-hours incidents.

Qualifications

  • In-house SME to administer, monitor, and maintain Linux (RHEL/Ubuntu/CentOS) systems.

Responsibilities

  • Configure, secure, and optimize Linux services (systemd, SSH, Apache/Nginx, cron).
  • Collaborate with development, DevOps, and security teams to support enterprise applications.
  • Provide Tier 2/3 support for escalated system issues.
  • Identify, research, and implement Linux and OpenShift solutions and applications.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging server tools and technologies.
  • Ensure compliance with security standards, patching schedules, and company policies.
  • Participation in weekly on-call rotation to respond to after-hours issues.
