Job summary

ASRC Federal System Solutions LLC is seeking a Systems Administrator to support the Naval Research Lab Blossom Point Tracking Facility in Welcome, MD. You will maintain Linux servers/workstations, manage network devices, and support secure DoD environments.

Qualifications

• Degree in IT or Cybersecurity related field or equivalent experience.
• CompTIA Security+ certification is required.
• Experience with Linux servers/workstations administration is required.
• Familiarity with DoD RMF compliance and cybersecurity guidelines is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure and manage Linux servers and desktops.
• Configure network hardware and services; maintain capacity and performance.
• Perform system monitoring, backups, patches and security scans.
• Provide user support and trouble tickets while ensuring DoD standards.
