Responsibilities

Systems Administration & Support: Administers development, test and production servers, including reloading, re-imaging and debugging; installs, removes, and upgrades software on test, development, and production servers.
Monitoring & Troubleshooting: Daily monitoring of network systems; proactively ensures functionality, connectivity, and load balance; identifies and resolves faults.
Documentation & Compliance: Updates systems records; ensures licensed software; adheres to company standards.
Training & Knowledge Transfer: Creates instructional guides and provides technical information and training.
