Job Summary

• Serve as Senior Linux on IBM zSystems/LinuxONE Architect and Migration Specialist.
• Leverage 10–15 years of IT experience, with at least 7 years on Linux for IBM zSystems/LinuxONE.
• Combine deep technical expertise with strong client engagement and delivery leadership.
• Lead and execute migration projects, infrastructure modernization, and mainframe-to-Linux consolidation.
• Deploy, administer, and optimize enterprise Linux environments on IBM mainframes.
• Design and implement migration strategies from legacy/distributed systems to Linux on IBM z.
• Lead and mentor cross‑functional technical teams, ensuring successful project delivery.
• Communicate technical solutions and project value to executive‑level stakeholders.
• Resolve client concerns, negotiate project scope, and build consensus on architectural decisions.
• Plan, track, and deliver large‑scale infrastructure or migration projects using agile/hybrid methodologies.
• Collaborate with IBM product and development teams for escalations and co‑engineering.
• Estimate, design, and document technical solutions, considering complexity, cost, and effort.
