Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Linux Systems Engineer or Mainframe Systems Administrator.
• Experience with IBM Z (z15/z16) platforms, Linux on Z, and z/VM.
• Strong scripting skills in Bash, Python, or Ansible.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Linux on Z, z/VM, and KVM environments.
• Contribute to documentation and SOP updates.
• Perform root-cause analysis for performance issues.
• Support system hardening and performance tuning activities.
