Job summary

NVIDIA Corporation, based in California, is seeking a skilled software engineer to design, develop, and deliver driver solutions for new GPU designs on Linux. You will advance Vulkan/OpenGL graphics software, optimize performance, and ensure compatibility with current and future Linux platforms.

You will join a global team, work across software, hardware, and OEM support, and contribute to state-of-the-art graphics drivers that power NVIDIA GPUs in a wide range of devices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, computer science, or computer engineering (or equivalent experience).
  • 3+ years hands-on experience developing graphics OpenGL/Vulkan system level software for Linux.
  • 8+ years of programming experience in C and C++.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Define, design, and develop Vulkan/OpenGL graphics software performance features for Linux NVIDIA GPUs.
  • Develop and maintain software technologies to enable NVIDIA GPU hardware on Linux and maximize performance.
  • Collaborate with worldwide teams across software, hardware, architecture, and OEM support.
