AT&T Global Public Sector is seeking a Linux Administrator to support Public Sector Solutions at a government site in Laurel, MD. The role focuses on Linux administration, scripting automation, and cloud awareness in a hybrid environment.

Ideal candidates will have hands-on Linux experience, strong automation skills with Bash/Python/Puppet/Ansible, and TS/SCI with polygraph clearance. Collaboration and mentoring within a small team are important parts of the job.

Qualifications

• Ten years experience as a SA in programs of similar scope and complexity.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline; 5 years SA experience may substitute.
• DoD 8570.01-M with IAT Level II certification (SEC+, CCNA).

Responsibilities

• Design architectures and develop solutions for government customer site.
• Maintain Linux instances across multiple networks and architectures.
• Create, debug, and implement Bash/Python scripts and automation.
• Mentor junior staff and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
