You will assist the Maintenance Director with various repair tasks and safety checks, ensuring a clean, safe environment for residents.
Applicants should have basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical and mechanical systems, plus a High School diploma or GED. A flexible schedule including evenings/weekends may be required.
