Aristocrat seeks a Social & Measurement Manager to connect our partners with our brands and leadership. This role blends strategic planning with hands‑on content creation and uses data to improve impact.

You will own the LinkedIn strategy, manage content for enterprise pages and senior leaders, and develop dashboards that measure engagement and outcomes. Collaboration with Communications and business leaders is essential to drive campaigns forward.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in PR, digital communications, channel management, content management, or related area.
• Proven experience delivering multi‑channel communication campaigns.
• Strong content planning, editorial, and project management skills.
• Experience managing digital platforms and content publishing.
• Strong analytical capabilities with reports, dashboards, and insights.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple collaborators and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage enterprise LinkedIn strategy and content calendar for the Aristocrat Group and senior leaders’ pages.
• Develop and maintain LinkedIn and enterprise PR calendar aligned with business priorities.
• Collaborate with Communications, People & Culture, and leaders to create social content for initiatives and employee engagement events.
• Lead external communication campaigns from planning through publication and measurement.
• Support media relations and PR activities and campaigns.
• Advise collaborators on messaging, audience targeting, and channel selection.
