What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop long-term relationships with patients to facilitate enrollment in the Link program or referrals to providers
- Conduct initial intake and follow-up calls with patients, addressing concerns regarding the process or products
- Collaborate with the administrative support team to ensure accurate completion of pending documentation
- Document patient interactions in Salesforce, including call notes and account status updates
- Maintain departmental call volume requirements and adhere to compliance standards, including HIPAA guidelines
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED; 1-2 years of related experience or training
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret medical supply publications and technical procedures
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and call center telecommunications software
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present information effectively
- Ability to solve practical problems and handle a variety of variables
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a call center or healthcare-related role
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar customer relationship management software
- Intermediate math skills for calculations related to medical supplies
- Knowledge of medical supply equipment and its maintenance
