Job summary

Four Seasons Residence Club Aviara in Carlsbad, CA seeks a Linen Runner to resupply guest room supplies daily, maintain linen closets, and assist villa attendants. This full-time role requires attentiveness and a willingness to work early mornings and weekends.

You will follow procedures for payroll sign-out, keep corridors neat, deliver and pick up guest items, and report maintenance needs. Company offers competitive hourly pay, 401(k), training, and employee perks.

Qualifications

• Reading, writing and oral proficiency in English.
• Driving a company vehicle is an essential function; valid California Driver's License needed.

Responsibilities

• Follow payroll and key sign-out procedures.
• Keep all guest corridors neat, vacuumed and dusted.
• Clean mirrors, furniture, ash urns, elevators, and doors.
• Inventory and maintain cleanliness of linen closets and trash.
• Assist Villa Attendants as necessary.
• Deliver and pick-up guest request items (irons, boards); make up/deliver cribs and sofa beds.
• Assist villa attendants by removing trash and soiled linen from guest rooms.
• Deliver linen to floors and armoires as needed.
• Spot clean furniture and carpets as instructed.
• Maintain stairwells and service elevator areas.
• Assist in moving beds and furniture as requested.
• Offer assistance to guests when requested or needed.
• Report maintenance deficiencies to housekeeping.
• Assist with bed linens, turning mattresses, draperies.
• Use and maintain equipment properly.
• Respond to Residence Club emergencies or safety situations.
• Complete projects assigned by Residence Club management.

About the role

At Four Seasons Residence Club Aviara, the Linen Runner resupplies guest room supplies in the linen closet and armoires daily.

What you will do

• Follow payroll and key sign-out procedures.
• Keep all guest corridors neat, vacuumed and dusted.
• Clean mirrors, furniture, ash urns, elevators, and doors.
• Inventory and maintain the cleanliness of all linen closets and empty trash.
• Assist the Villa Attendants as necessary.
• Deliver and pick-up guest request items when assigned (i.e. irons, ironing boards); this also includes making up and delivering cribs and sofa beds.
• Assist the villa attendants by removing the trash and soiled linen from the guest rooms.
• Deliver linen to the floors, including armoires, as needed.
• Spot clean furniture and carpets as instructed.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the stairwells and service elevator areas by sweeping, mopping, and dusting the areas.
• Assist in moving beds and furniture as requested.
• Offer assistance to guests when requested or needed.
• Report any maintenance deficiencies to housekeeping.
• Assist in putting on bed linens, turning mattresses, removing, or hanging sheers and drapes.
• Employ proper use and maintenance of all equipment and supplies.
• Respond properly in any Residence Club emergency or safety situation.
• Complete any project assigned by Residence Club management or staff.

What you bring:

• Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language.
• Driving a company vehicle is an essential function of this role, a valid California Driver's License is necessary
