Maui Linen Supply in Kahului, HI is seeking a dependable Production Dispatcher to coordinate linen flow through our commercial laundry operation. You will work with Production Leads, Supervisors, Transportation, and other team members to identify customer requirements and ensure orders are processed on time.

The role requires clear communication, accurate record-keeping, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in production, dispatching, logistics or similar preferred but not required.
• Ability to communicate clearly with team members and departments.
• Ability to organize and prioritize multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment.
• Follow written and verbal instructions.
• Basic computer and data-entry skills preferred.
• Maintain accurate records with attention to detail.
• Identify problems and communicate concerns to management.
• Dependable team player who can adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor the daily flow of linen through the production process based on customer requirements, delivery schedules, and operational priorities.
• Communicate production priorities and customer requirements to leads, supervisors, and relevant team members.
• Monitor linen status and ensure orders are processed and completed on schedule.
• Coordinate with Transportation regarding linen requirements and delivery priorities.
• Track linen and orders through sorting, washing, finishing, packing, and staging.
• Verify completed linen is labeled and directed to the correct customer or route.
• Review production paperwork and records for completeness and accuracy.
• Identify shortages, delays, or quality concerns and inform management.
• Assist with adjusting production priorities as needs change.
• Maintain clear communication between Production, Transportation, and other departments.
