Healthcare Linen Services Group seeks a Production Manager to oversee multiple departments on the Conway, AR production floor. You will drive safety, quality, and efficiency metrics while coaching a diverse team to perform duties with excellence.

The role requires 6 months to 1 year of related experience, a high school diploma, and strong communication skills. A bilingual English/Spanish ability is preferred and a casual, team-oriented workplace is emphasized.

Qualifications

• Must be a High School Graduate.
• 6 months to 1 year of related production experience.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and handle production duties.

Responsibilities

• Supervise multiple departments and diverse production teams.
• Ensure employees are at assigned work areas and workloads are balanced.
• Maintain workflow and meet safety, quality and productivity standards.
• Provide training and coaching to improve employee performance.
• Coordinate with HR on hiring and training needs.
• Approve PTO and leave schedules for staff.
• Monitor performance with management and produce reports.
