Bay Towel, Inc. is hiring for a 2nd shift production role in Green Bay, WI. This full-time position runs Monday–Friday, 1 p.m. to 9 p.m. You will load linen items into automated equipment, inspect quality, and support packaging and stacking. After training, you may take on varied duties with overtime potential.

We have an immediate opening for a dedicated team member for 2nd shift. This is a full-time position with scheduled working hours Monday-Friday 1 p.m. - 9 p.m.

The responsibilities would include, but are not limited to the following:

Responsibilities

• Efficiently and safely feed clean linens into automated ironing, folding & packaging equipment
• Inspect product for quality, pulling items for mending & re-washing as necessary
• Work with the best Production Manager this side of the pond
• Once fully trained, job will include various tasks such as packaging product using appropriate tagging & wrapping procedures and stacking finished product on shelves.
• All other duties as assigned.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time, non-exempt position working 40 hours a week. Some seasonal overtime may be an option.

Physical Demands:

Standing or walking 100% of the day except during breaks. Must be able to push or pull poly carts for some positions.
