Bay Towel, Inc. in Green Bay, WI is hiring a full-time Production Associate on 1st shift (5 a.m. – 1 p.m.). You will feed clean linens into automated ironing, folding and packaging equipment, inspect quality, and assist the Production Manager with packing and stacking finished products.

This 40-hour week offers overtime potential, on-site health services, and benefits including medical, dental and vision insurance, a company 401(k) match, PTO and holidays, plus uniforms and weekly pay.

Responsibilities

• Feed clean linens into automated ironing, folding & packaging equipment.
• Inspect product for quality, pulling items for mending & re-washing as necessary.
• Assist Production Manager and perform packaging tasks; stacking finished product on shelves.
• All other duties as assigned.
