Job summary

Bay Towel, Inc. in Green Bay, WI is hiring a full-time Production Associate on 1st shift (5 a.m. – 1 p.m.). You will feed clean linens into automated ironing, folding and packaging equipment, inspect quality, and assist the Production Manager with packing and stacking finished products.

This 40-hour week offers overtime potential, on-site health services, and benefits including medical, dental and vision insurance, a company 401(k) match, PTO and holidays, plus uniforms and weekly pay.

Job Details: Job Location: Corporate HeadQuarters - Green Bay, WI 54304, Position Type: Full Time, Job Shift: Day, Are you a team player who enjoys working together to make every day better? We have an immediate opening for a dedicated team member for 1st shift. This is a full-time position with scheduled working hours Monday-Friday 5 a.m. - 1 p.m.

The responsibilities would include, but are not limited to the following:

• Efficiently and safely feed clean linens into automated ironing, folding & packaging equipment
• Inspect product for quality, pulling items for mending & re-washing as necessary
• Work with the best Production Manager this side of the pond
• Once fully trained, job will include various tasks such as packaging product using appropriate tagging & wrapping procedures and stacking finished product on shelves.
• All other duties as assigned.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time, non-exempt position working 40 hours a week. Some seasonal overtime may be an option.

Physical Demands

Standing or walking 100% of the day except during breaks. Must be able to push or pull poly carts for some positions.
