Qualifications

• 1+ years in hotel, hospitality, vacation, or similar industry.
• 1+ years in laundry/linen services ideal but not required.
• Experience in supervisory or management role.
• Comfort with digital systems, apps, tablets, and software.
• Reasonable transportation for travel between worksites.
• Dependable, self-motivated, able to work independently.
• Clear, respectful communication with guests and teammates.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily laundry operations and workflow to boost productivity.
• Supervise Linen Specialists, providing coaching and guidance.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laundry facility.
• Receive deliveries and ensure order accuracy.
• Operate commercial washers/dryers and process linens.
• Prepare supplies for pick-up and coordinate with team.
