• 1+ years in laundry/linen services preferred.
• Supervisory or management experience in a similar industry.
• Tech-savvy with digital systems and mobile apps.
• Reliable transportation for travel between worksites.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and workflow to optimize productivity.
• Supervise, guide, and coach Linen Specialists.
• Maintain open communication and resolve conflicts.
• Ensure laundry facility cleanliness and order.
• Receive deliveries and verify orders.
• Operate commercial washers/dryers and process linens.
• Sort, fold, label, and organize laundry items.
• Prepare supplies for pick-up and manage pickups.
• Use chemicals and tools per company standards.
• Attend mandatory meetings and support team as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
