Job summary

The Valley Hotel, Curio by Hilton in Homewood, Alabama is hiring a Laundry Attendant. You will process soiled linen, operate industrial laundry equipment, and ensure clean linen distribution to a busy hotel environment.

A friendly, guest-focused approach is essential as you support housekeeping and guest services teams to maintain high standards. No formal experience is required; a high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• No prior experience required for the position.
• Ability to operate industrial laundry equipment.
• Strong guest service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Receive, sort and weigh soiled linen.
• Process linen using washers, dryers, sheet spreaders, ironers, and feeders.
• Return items to Lost and Found via Supervisor.
• Fulfill guest requests and handle issues to ensure satisfaction.
• Report equipment malfunctions to Supervisor.
• Maintain clean and safe work area.
• Maintain a friendly, cheerful demeanor.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
