Job summary

Valor Hospitality is seeking a Laundry Attendant to process soiled linen and distribute clean linen according to SOPs. You will operate washers, dryers, sheet spreaders, ironers and feeders, ensuring quality standards while maintaining a safe workspace.

• Education: Some High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• Experience: No formal experience required for the position.
• Skills: Ability to recognize and work with numbers. Operate industrial laundry equipment.
• Communication: Ability to communicate information and provide directions to guests and staff.

• Receive, sort and weigh soiled linen; place into appropriate containers.
• Process sorted linen using washers, dryers, sheet spreaders, ironers, and feeders/folders.
• Turn in all articles found in Laundry Chute/Department to the Supervisor to log in Lost and Found.
• Fulfill guest requests and handle guest problems/complaints to achieve guest satisfaction.
• Notify supervisor of supplies needed, damaged linens or hazards to the department to ensure laundry operation runs efficiently.
• Maintain assigned work area in a clean and safe condition.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
