Concord Hospitality Brand is hiring a Laundry Attendant in Grand Rapids, MI. You will operate laundry equipment, sort and treat linens, and ensure items meet cleanliness standards.

The role requires folding, stocking, and delivering linens to housekeeping while maintaining a clean work area and following safety procedures. We value reliability, teamwork, and a service-oriented mindset, with flexibility to work weekends/holidays.

Qualifications

• Prior laundry or housekeeping experience preferred.
• Knowledge of laundry equipment and cleaning chemicals is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25–50 lbs.
• Reliable, organized, and committed to maintaining cleanliness standards.
• Professional communication skills and service-oriented mindset.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor washers, dryers, and laundry equipment, including proper chemical use.
• Sort, inspect, and treat linens based on fabric type and condition; rewash or remove damaged items as needed.
• Load/unload machines, set appropriate cycles, and ensure all items meet cleanliness and quality standards.
• Fold, stack, and organize linens according to brand standards.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and routinely clean equipment (lint traps, filters, etc.).
• Track linen usage and support inventory processes.
• Deliver clean linens to housekeeping and respond promptly to team and guest needs.
• Follow all safety procedures and report maintenance or linen concerns.
• Assist with additional housekeeping duties as needed.
