Job summary

Concord is hiring a Laundry Attendant to support our “Heart of the House” team. You will operate washers/dryers, inspect linens, and ensure items meet high cleanliness standards for guests and staff.

Responsibilities include sorting, treating linens, loading machines, and delivering clean linens to housekeeping. A flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, is required to excel in this role.

Qualifications

• Prior laundry or housekeeping experience preferred.
• Knowledge of laundry equipment and cleaning chemicals is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25–50 lbs.
• Reliable, organized, and committed to maintaining cleanliness standards.
• Professional communication skills and service-oriented mindset.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays (required).

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor washers, dryers, and laundry equipment, including proper chemical use.
• Sort, inspect, and treat linens based on fabric type and condition; rewash or remove damaged items as needed.
• Load/unload machines, set appropriate cycles, and ensure all items meet cleanliness and quality standards.
• Fold, stack, and organize linens according to brand standards.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and routinely clean equipment (lint traps, filters, etc.).
• Track linen usage and support inventory processes.
• Deliver clean linens to housekeeping and respond promptly to team and guest needs.
• Follow all safety procedures and report maintenance or linen concerns.
• Assist with additional housekeeping duties as needed.
