Concord is hiring Laundry Attendants to join our team in a fast-paced hotel environment. You will operate laundry equipment, inspect linens, and deliver clean materials to housekeeping while maintaining high cleanliness standards.

This full-time role requires flexibility, including weekends and holidays, and offers competitive wages. Ideal candidates will have prior laundry or housekeeping experience, knowledge of detergents and equipment, and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Prior laundry or housekeeping experience preferred.
• Knowledge of laundry equipment and cleaning chemicals is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25–50 lbs.
• Reliable, organized, and committed to maintaining cleanliness standards.
• Professional communication skills and service-oriented mindset.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays (required).

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor washers, dryers, and laundry equipment, including proper chemical use.
• Sort, inspect, and treat linens based on fabric type and condition; rewash or remove damaged items as needed.
• Load/unload machines, set appropriate cycles, and ensure all items meet cleanliness and quality standards.
• Fold, stack, and organize linens according to brand standards.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and routinely clean equipment (lint traps, filters, etc.).
• Track linen usage and support inventory processes.
• Deliver clean linens to housekeeping and respond promptly to team and guest needs.
• Follow all safety procedures and report maintenance or linen concerns.
• Assist with additional housekeeping duties as needed.
