Qualifications

• Associates Degree preferred.
• Minimum 2-4 years supervisory experience in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of linen and laundry, ensuring quality controls.
• Manage distribution, pickup and on-site/off-site linen logistics.
• Provide operational reports and KPI monitoring.
• Supervise and train laundry/linen staff; assign schedules.
• Recruitment support for laundry/linen personnel as needed.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of linen areas and equipment."Oversee cart loading and accurate placement."
• Address customer service issues promptly and effectively.
• Participate in budget preparation and equipment purchasing recommendations.
