Job summary

Fairfield Inn El Paso Airport is hiring a Laundry Attendant to perform linen processing, washing, folding, and stocking while maintaining spotless cleanliness and safety. You will assist with equipment operation, chemical management, and inventory controls, ensuring timely deliveries to guest rooms and public spaces.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, using their names when possible, and maintaining excellent guest satisfaction scores.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or service preferred.
• Can-Do Attitude: Must have a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to Follow Guidelines: Must follow established guidelines and procedures.
• Handle Pace and Pressure: Must work well in stressful, high-pressure situations.
• Listening, Conflict Resolution: Must be effective at listening to, understanding, clarifying, and resolving concerns.
• Communication Skills: Must convey information clearly.
• Hospitality and Guest Service: Desire to serve all guests.
• Age Requirement: Must be 18 years or older.
• Schedule may include evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Clock-in/Out: Arrive on time and clock in/out as scheduled.
• Breaks: Clock in/out for breaks.
• Call Outs: Provide sufficient notice when calling out.

Responsibilities
