Core Linen Services in Charleston is seeking a Linen Distribution Technician to stock, deliver, and retrieve linen carts across hospital and hospitality environments. The role emphasizes inventory accuracy, cleanliness, and timely linen support for staff and patients.

Applicants should be able to lift and move heavy carts, work a flexible schedule including mornings, nights, weekends and holidays, and follow safety policies.

Qualifications

• Flexible schedule including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and push/pull heavy carts (up to 650 lbs).
• Successful completion of a background check.
• Adherence to safety and universal precautions.

Responsibilities

• Stock, deliver, and retrieve linen carts within hospital or hospitality environments.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and inventory accuracy of linen handled.
• Respond to linen requests from hospital staff in a timely manner.
• Ensure linen room cleanliness through sweeping and mopping.
• Open new linen for processing and stage carts for distribution.
